Hello,

If you developed haemorrhoids then associated complications will be treated according to the severity.

If it is prolapsed or thrombosed may need surgical therapy. If they are not prolapsed with stage 1 and stage 2 haemorrhoids are treated with food and lifestyle changes.

Leaking of stools may be due to bowel incontinence or it may be due to proctitis.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Eat a high fibre diet, drink plenty of liquids may useful. Use Pilex cream and capsule if necessary.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
