Suggest Possible Medication For Acne

I'm a 13 year old girl and I want to find out why my acne problems suddenly changed so much! It's like it's another person's skin and not mine! I've been getting pimples since I was 10, but it was never really sever. After a couple months I learned what to expect from my skin and the best ways to treat it. I never had to use proactive or skin id or any of those other big skin care companies. I wash my face every morning and night and occasionally had to use a spot treatment, which would clear any pimples up in a few days. I knew my skin really well. It wasn't perfect, but I knew how long my pimples would be there and how to get rid of them the fastest.

And then a week or two ago, my skin just completly broke out everywhere. It seemed to happen over night. I was on a cruise so I was in the sun alot, which I think might have had to do with it? And I was also in alot of different islands and being exposed to alot of different weather conditions(like rain one hour, humidity the next, and blazing sun the next) I always break out once a month like clockwork, in the same spot,(my right cheek) but that clears up in one or two days. Now I'm breaking out everywhere, on my foreheadm my nose, the sides of my nose, my cheeks! It's crazy!

My parents never had severe acne, and my older brother (who's all cleared up now) never had sever acne when he was a teenager either. I want to know why my skin has changed so much and how I can fix it better?

What did I do wrong that caused it to break out like this?

My parents are from India, so my skin is light beige sort of color, my skin isn't sensitive, and I have gotten only one sunburn in my life(on my nose)and that was a few years ago, so I don't think it's because I wasn't putting on sunscreen. My nose and forehead are really oily, especially my nose. Parts of my forehead are dry, and parts are oily.

What can I do to clear my skin again?!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Acne is a normal condition in youngsters. It is usual once you attain puberty till youth. But some get more which can be due to hormonal, diet ,psychological or infectious causes.Girls who are having polycystic ovarian syndrome are also more prone to get acne.If you have irregular menstrual cycle or over growth of facial hair etc then PCOD should be ruled out by doing an ultrasound.
You should get rid off stress by doing breathing exercises.Should avoid excess dairy products egg yolk bakery foods and junks.Shold take green leafy vegetables avocado fresh fruits which helps as anti oxidants. You should wash your face two times daily by acne soap gently. In my patients i advise nicomide cream which reduces inflammation and acne formation.I also advise antibiotic pulse therapy for some.Hormone therapy also is benefitting for some.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
