I am getting married in December. The problem I have is that my period usually comes at the time i'm getting married. This would be very inconvenient for me. I have tried getting an appointment with gynecologist but they are all fully booked. I read online that there are pills that can delay period. My sister uses Beyaz and it works good for her. Is there any pill you can recommend that actually delays period. This is very urgent, I do not have any illnesses or conditions. I am healthy.
Hi, Thanks for the query. Beyaz are combined oral contraceptive pills. If you want to postpone the periods and also wants to have contraceptive effect you can use them. If you want to have both effects, you have to start them between first to fifth day of your periods and have to continue till the time you want to postpone the periods without break in between packs. If you just want to postpone the periods, you have to start the tablets at least one week before periods and have to continue till the date you want to postpone the periods. You can use progesterone pills also for this postponement purpose. But you have to take the pills at the same time every day. If you miss the time that can lead to withdrawal bleeding. For more details you can ask me directly through the premium forum. Take care.
