Suggest Permanent Treatment For Seborrhoeic Dermatitis

I am suffering from Seborrhoeic dermatitis. I have been advised androanagen and Sebowash shampoo. Itching on my scalp does not reduce. I have to take cetirizine tablets regularly. But this is not helping me at all. It just removes the flakes for the time when I use the shampoo daily. I feel it is such a strong shampoo that I am loosing a lots of hair follicles on daily basis. Can you please prescribe something which can cure the dermatitis permanently.

Sebowash shampoo contains topical steroid. You can try ketoconazole shampoos twice a week.Ketoconazole shampoos reduce sebaceous secretion and reduces the growth of the fungus which aggrevates seborrheic dermatitis. Topical keratolytic shampoos containing salicylic acid can also be used. Regards.
