Suggest Permanent Treatment For Phimosis
hello doctor, due to sm skin infection in penis i developed phimosis / tight penis fore sking about a year ago, i have treated it with tropical steroid crem twice , after sm time skin again becomes tight. is there any permanent treatment for this. Regards , saurabh

I will advise you -
1) Rule out presence of diabetes by doing OGTT.
2) Try to keep private parts dry and clean.
After doing this if there is recurrence then it will require surgical correction operation called circumcision in which fore skin of penis is removed.
