Suggest Permanent Cure For Itching Between Thighs

Hi I have itching between my thighs for many years I used ringaurd and itch guard for some time then I consulted doctor he prescribed me renovate m that time it cured after some years lateritching started again. Is it advice able to use that cream once again ?? Or else is there any other cream to cure it permanently?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo groin.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear loose clothes and maintain good hygiene.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
