Suggest Pain Medication After Tendon Rupture

I had right leg tendon rupture 5years back due to over dosage of cortisol injections.i had infection in that n was operated twice after that n my 3/4 .i tendon has been removed. i can walk wirh very difficulry n this limping has created severe pain in my back n xray shows that i have developed osteophites. i m taking pregab 75,,evion lc,telmikind 40,,eltroxin 100mg n agopose. i want to know whether this tablets is really helpful? My pain persists
