Suggest Pain In The Mid Back Due To An Injury

I fell down the stairs a month ago, Landed on my tail bone, and sort of twisted and heard and felt a crack in the middle of my back. I went to the doc and got x-ray to see if I had a fracture, but I didn't. My tailbone was cracked but not that bad. I still am having pain in my mid back and it effects me laying down, sitting up, laying on my side, or even sometimes breathing when I'm in a certain position. What should I do? Do I need a chiropractor?

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. You got injury to your right hip area. You are having tailbone pain, you already ruled out fracture by x-ray.It is called coccyxdynia. Analgesics (DICLOFENAC 50MG three times a day)will give YOU RELIEF from pain.other advise to give you relief is 1.Not to sit on hard objects and use soft objects for sitting.2.Hot fomentation I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
