Thanks for the query. As you said your daughter is now 3 yrs. old you can give boiled and cooled cow s milk which will pure(due to boiling). Also you should give more emphasis on giving her homemade foods. All that can be consumed by us can be given to children s after 2-3 yrs. of age. Breads, cereals, rice, pasta, noodles 3 to 5 servings daily . Vegetables, legumes 3 to 5 servings daily. Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, legumes and lastlty Fruits.
