Hello Doctors

I am a 30 year old female. I have DNS with flesh growth inside my right nostril which has narrowed my breathing passage. So I breathe through my mouth most of the time. I have severe allergic rhinitis sneezing. Allergy/irritation in the nose persists. Homeo and Ayurveda have not helped much possibly also because I have not informed these doctors about the DNS which I didn't know about at that time. Allergy/irritation and sneezing do not stop until I take a cetrizine. Sometimes allergy/irritation occur without sneezing. Overall situation gets worse when I catch a cold and/or allergens/dust in the air are high. Suffering from 4 years with these symptoms. I can't even perform simple anulom/vilom breathing or steam inhalation because of this. Please suggest a permanent cure. Would a permanent cure be possible without surgery. Can't stay on cetrizine forever which numbs my senses and body
