Suggest Necessary Tests Having Trisomy 21 Report With Risk Value Of 1:179

hello dr. i am 16 week pregnant. today i got my trisomy 21 report indicating risk with value 1:179. other parameters are below- AFP- 88, HCG 98403, uE3- .292. Dr. told me to go through the amniocentesis. trisomy 18 is 1:8433 low risk and MoM AFP 2.45 low risk for neural tube defect. My age is 30 yrs with no history of any miscarriage or mental diorder in my and my husband family. please suggest if test is necessary.
