Suggest Natural Remedy For Post Prostate Surgery Healthcare

Hello, I had prostate surgery. I have to urinate constantly. They recommend to take pumpkin seed oil. However some sources indicate that it increases urinary flow. Whet is your opinion. Which herb would be better to take.Thanks for your assistance

Ok, on the one side we have chemicals that are studied to be pure, effective, safe, reliably made and not stale before you buy them. And on the other side is a pile of chemicals swept together without any regard or testing what so ever. The vast majority of studies on herbs show they are almost never even what they say they are. They are never studied for expiration date. They are never studied to be the same amount, potency, purity in any two jars. So I could say sal palmetto, but it's not like you can get it unless MAYBE if you grow it.
