Suggest Natural Remedy For Anxiety

I think that i may suffer from intense anxiety. I cannot feel pressured at all and i think that if i had to speak in public it would be an epic disaster. Whenever i feel nervous, which seems to happen more and more often over little pointless things, i start shaking. I shake bad, and i notice shaking has become part of my life. It occurs everyday. I can't even write out a check or simply sign a paper. Its embarassing and its not anything that i am comfortable discussing with my parents. I have tried the whole breathing techniques and looking at the wall. I have tried it all. I start shaking, sweating, breathing hard. It will get to the point where it just runs my body down completely to the point where it makes me sick to my stomach. I don't know, maybe taking pills would help but i was curious if there are any natural teas or something i can do to ease this anxiety, something that would last all day during school. As of now i have been taking Vitamin B12 and some Chamomile, but i was wondering what else i could do??

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive.

You should know that these problems are not mental diseases, but are mental disorders. Many researches and researchers confirm that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders. Exercise, Life style changes, change in thinking pattern, relaxation etc are as essential as medicines. Psychotherapy can help you changing your lifestyle and thinking patterns. Yoga and meditation help you to streamline your metabolism and neurological balance. Please consult a psychologist for further information.

Tomatoes, almonds, cashew nuts etc are known to help anxiety issues upto certain extent.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
