Hi,My name Gazi.My weight 92 Kg. Height 167cm,Age 35 years.I would like to reduce my weight.Please advice diet and excersie techniques for my health to remain fit.I normally gets sleeps too much; soon after i take my food.Also i have sweating problem.My job is sitting continue 10 hours.I am not able to remember things nowdays.So please advice what i should do.
