Suggest Methods To Reduce IgE Levles

I'm a 62 year old healthy male and have a tested allergy to wheat even though I can eat wheat products daily without any ill effects. I have regular allergic attacks lasting fom 24hours to 3-4 days. My IgE levels have been tested on a number of occasions recently and show levels between 600 and 7000+ Ul/ml as opposed to a normal range of 0-100. How can i reduce my levels to a normal range?

Dear friend, welcome to HCM,, i understood your problems .. some people will be allergic to a protein called as gluten in wheat ... rise in IgE is due to the allergic reaction towards this protein. you need to find out the food stuffs to which you are allergic and try and avoid them. that is the only best way yo stay away from allergy. you can always try other millet s .. find out which is safer for you not causing any problems .. and you can switch over to them ... need not worry too much about IgE levels of you can try and find out a better alternatives you will be fine ... take care please do contact us again for more queries ...
