Suggest Methods To Prevent Seizures

i take tylenol and oxcotin. i take them correctly. it showing up that there is nothing in my urine test. how can that be? i have been on these for over ten years. note: i also take dialantin. he did blood work and it showed up as if i wasn t even taken them. these medicine s i would take correctly. i certainly do not want a seizure happening when i am driving. another note: I take vitiam D 4000 units. the blood work read it at a 7 and he told me it should be something near 37. i certainly drink a lot of water cause my mom told me when i started the first two medicine s that i need a lot of water so my organs stay ok. i asked the pharacist how this could, and she told me the water i am drinking a day is dialuting the medicines. she also told me that i should not take my levoyxl with the dialitin for this will show a negative result in the blood work. it did. what can be happening?

The medication you are taking is not present in urine could be due to excess water intake by you and so that it gets diluted or it can be due to the minimum dosage if you are taking then it may not show up in urine.

To prevent seizure attack you can follow few of natural healing process also like practicing meditation and yoga with breathing exercises. Also do regular walking and jogging. Have balance food. Mainly rich with omega 3 and multi vitamins and multi minerals. Take appropriate rest.and have positive attitude.

Levoyxl and dilatine both together is not suggested together because this both have good enough side effects together. I suggest to talk to your neuro physician for further check and change on medication ( for prevention of seizure ).

I also suggest to get expose to sun light daily morning either by doing walk in morning sun light or else doing pranayama and yoga in sun light thus it will also help to improve your vitamin D level in body. Apart from this if needed you can also take vitamine D supplement.
