Suggest Methods To Prevent Pregnancy

My fiance and i use encare inserts as a contraceptive to pregnancy. Some how during foreplay it fell out. HE ejaculated inside me and after sex we realized that it had fallen out and was lying on the bed. What can i do to make sure that i do not get pregnant? i have been told that i can go to my local health dept. and get themorning after pill. is this really affective?

Hallow Dear,

Morning after pill is to be taken within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. Taken later may not be successful in preventing pregnancy.

The other alternative, if you are late, is to get intrauterine device like CuT fitted within 5 days of the unprotected sex at the local health department. This also can prevent the pregnancy

Both the methods if adopted within prescribed time, are very successful in preventing the pregnancy.

I hope this helps you.
