Dear, You should detoxify yourself by taking plenty of water and fruits and salads. If no improvement , take suggestion from your doctor. Alcohol is an intoxicant which toxic to your body , mind and well being. The earlier you can stop this habit , the healthier it can be for you. The lower taste of alcohol can be stopped by replacing it with the higher taste. In place of alcohol, spend your time by doing yoga and Chant the names of God Who you have faith in. It as been proved that by doing Yoga and Chanting , the habit of smoking can be stopped.
