Suggest Methods To Increase Weight

Hello Sir, I am sonu from Delhi. Sir I am 22 of age but my weight only 56 Kg. & i want my at least 65 kg. I eat regularly my breakfast, lunch and dinner but all are seems westage. Sir plz give me suggestion what should i do to increase my weight at least 8-10 kg.

To increase your weight, you would need to increase your calorie intake and decrease your energy output (activity).

Decreasing your energy output means decreasing your physical activity- if you lose energy- you would lose or maintain your present weight

Increasing calorie intake would mean increasing the portion sizes and frequency of your meals.
You can also increase the calorie value of your meals by adding peanut butter, dressings etc
