What is your height and what are the various reasons for trying to increase your height? Unless you have been diagnosed as having growth deficiency that needs supplementation to augment growth, your height in most instances is enough. If your height remains of major concern, get evaluated by an endocrinologist fro the various possible causes and what options are available to help you.
