Suggest Methods Of Aborting A Child
Hi Sir & Madam My Name is hiral. i m 23 years old. i m not married. i sex with my bf. on 24 june. and i m in period on that month (july) 6th date and 15th date two time in that month..whenever we sex that time i was not in period...but after that i m not come in period. nd but i m not in regular in period.. sometimes i 2 times in month and sometime after 2 months i came in period. pls mam pls sir help me...i dnt wnt to pregnant...if my father known it he was kill me. i tested in pregnancy test 3 times. bt report is also negative 3 times. i dnt wnt to go hospital..i have fear..i have pain in my chest nd kamar. i was so fat. now calulating this day 69 days after i sex. bt not come in period.pls help me..what i do..pls pls i take contrapill kit before 3 days and kit is complete yesterday night. bt i hve fear i m prgnnt or not. pls sir help me pls pls pls mam help me..what i do for next step. pls tell me any medicine or kit thn i m not pregntnt.and abortion. pls help me sir.. i dnt wnt to sergery for it..my parent was not gone to me house..i m alone. what i can do pls help me sir. pls tell me any medicine for it...

Delayed period for 69 days after unprotected intercourse mostly suggest the pregnancy. You should abort the pregnancy by using gynecologist prescribed abortion pill. Yous should take abortion pill under the observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week.
Avoid use of abortion pill at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding and chance of failure of abortion in which abnormal development of pregnancy and that require surgery.
By procedure,
Mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally after meal on first day.
After 48 hour 800 ug misoprostol should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist. Some time extra dose may be needed if no induced abortion.
Abortion process will complete in 4-6 days. Follow up visit at 7th day and USG should be done after 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion.
