Hallow Dear,

The pregnancy up to 9 weeks gestation can be safely and reliably terminated by Tab. Mifepristone followed by Tab. Misoprostol. Theses medicines have to be taken by an Obstetrician's advice and under supervision. They are very effective, however, if at all they fail, there is a risk of abnormal development of the baby; hence the pregnancy should not be continued. Abortion may be completed in that case by surgical evacuation of the uterus.

I hope this helps you.
