HELO N WELCOME. U R ON MULTIPLE ANTI HYPERTENSIVES N THYROXINE PLUS XALATAN EYE DROPS N VALIUM CARTIA. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW UR HEIGHT SO THAT U COULD CALCULATE UR BMI. IE WEIGHT IN KGS DIVIDED BY HEIGHT IN METERS SQUARED. IF BMI IS IN BETWEEN 18,5 AND 22.9 THEN I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST LOOSING ANY MORE WEIGHT. IF ITS 23 OR 24 THEN U MAY DO SO BY GRADUAL LIFESTYLE CHANGES RATHER THAN VIGOUROUS WEIGHT LOSS OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. DO MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE N CONSULT FOR AN ETT ( EXERCIZE TOLERANCE TEST) BEFORE STARTING ON ANY REGIMEN OR PROGRAMME FOR WEIGHT LOSS. THANX
