Hi,
A warm welcome to Healthcare Magic..
Colds and upper respiratory infections are almost always viral. There is no treatment for viral infections, so they just have to run their course. Therefore, antibiotics are not helpful for most colds. When you are pregnant, a cold or upper respiratory infection often will last twice as long because your immune system is more stressed from the demands of the pregnancy.

Treatment involves controlling the symptoms and keeping yourself comfortable during illness. Antibiotics are prescribed only if a secondary bacterial infection occurs.
Take following measure..
1. Increase rest

2. Increase fluid intake

3. Fever:
-Light, loose clothing allows heat to escape from your body.
-Wrapping up in a blanket or sweater retains your body heat.
-A lukewarm bath may help lower your body temperature.
-tablet paracetamol 500mg can be taken for fever and pain whenever needed and is found to be safe.
4. Vicks vapo rub for cough...
coming to tablets you ahve already taken..
1. Tab Wikoryl:Paracetamol + Chlorpheniramine maleate + Phenylephrine hydrochloride. Some Wikoryl suspensions contain Caffeine as well.
paracetamol is safe ,Chlorpheniramine is not expected to harm an unborn baby,Phenylephrine :Risk cannot be ruled out..
2.Although so far there have been no signs indicating an adverse effect of Deriphyllin during pregnancy..
get well soon...wish you good luck
