Suggest Medicines For Acne/pimples

Hi, me zulqarnain, and I just want to confirm about my acne disease. I face hard pimples on my forehead and cheeks which often lead me to black spots and scars, beside this I have also melasma affection, some brown little scars. Medication. I have consulted dr in this regard, he injected me in vain and give me some tablets and capsules, suggest siton plus cream and dermacin T lotion. I have not serious acne, I only suffer 3 to 4 pimples on my face at one time. I want proper medication and tips to clear my all problems.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne is very common problem in teens. Basically root cause of acne is sebaceous gland under the hair follicle , when sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. I would suggest you to Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Don't pick or touch acne.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables ,also drink plenty of water. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get well Soon.
Best Wishes,
