Hello,

The count may vary from time of collection or previous day intercourse or infection etc.

You may use tablet Nano Leo.

Avoid alcohol and smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
