Welcome to HCM,

If ur child is been diagnosed to have food poisoning, emeset will give symptomatic relief but will not give her complete recovery.

She will require a course of oral antibiotics preferably ofloxacin, which will also help her for her cold which is evident on vomiting of flem.(i need her weight to mention dosage)

For now her hydration is very important. Start her on Ors and have a watch on her adequate urination. If dehydrated seek medical help immediately.
