Hi,
Having osteoartheritis changes in knees are common among obese person as these both knee joints have to bear heavy body weight since long giving this problem.
Consult orthopedic surgeon, you might require joint replacement surgery.
Meanwhile,
Reduce your weight,
Go for regular patellar exercise to strengthen hamstring and knee muscles and ligaments.
Do not squat or bent your knee joints more than 90 degree.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
