General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the report is suggestive of issue with the quality and quantity of sperms, which usually occurs in severe malfunction of the testicles. There can be deficiency of testosterone with primary or secondary testicular failure via hypothalamus, pituitary or other reasons. Reports of hormone levels, Doppler ultrasound of testicles, epididymis and biopsy report of the testis if taken and available, are very much vital information needed for the final guidelines regarding the fertility aspects.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
