Suggest Medicine For Nausea And Headache

I have been having headaches and migraines for the past few years. I tried topiramate and it didn’t do anything for me at max dose, and lately I’ve been very nauseous. Yesterday in particular I almost threw up but I took Zofran and didn’t end up throwing up. The nausea is new for me and I’m wondering if I should be concerned?

Hi, thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic.
I understand your concern.

If your headache accompanied with nausea, it may be caused by the disorder in your internal ears, the other cause are:
1. Transient ischemic attack, the ischemic in brain tissue
2. Mass or tumor in your head, etc.

I suggest you to meet your local doctor, so your doctor can established some clinical check up.

Take a rest, drink more water, avoid salty and oily food. You can take acetaminophen to ease the headache and ginger tea to ease the nausea.
I find this answer helpful
