Suggest Medicine For Insomnia?
I just started Buspirone 15mg tabs. two days ago. I take one twice a day. I now have insomnia. Can I take a sleep aid like Nyquil to help me sleep or is there anything else you could recommend to help sleep? Is this side effect something that will eventually go away?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that instead of taking the sleeping pill (sedative) it is better to find out the underlying cause for insomnia, it generally a disturbances either social or financial and you need to find out the better solution for this and not to take the sleeping pills this could cause addiction and other health problems, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
