Suggest Medicine For Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels

Age 63. BP level goes up in the morning i.e. before taking medicine.(Aprosol, Nicardia retard 10,Minipress XL,Arkamin) After taking medicine bp level goes down. BP level is always above 120/80. Today morning in the empty stomach, it was 194/70 (at 7.00 AM) Pl advice.
