General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Since fever is from last 8 days with evening and morning ( high ) except CRP all tests are normal but at present this is non-specific ( 0.02-8.0 mg/L).
She is taking ibugesic ( antipyretic ) & megamentine ( amoxycilli+ clavulanic acid ) . In spite of this she is still having fever , that is a cause of concern , this type of fever may be due to these possibilities , these includes.
1 Typhoid fever , once again get in blood examination for Widal test as well serology test ( most specific) . Because in early stage of fever usually typhoid don't show any positive result, so 2nd test is necessary.
2 Tuberculosis , as you mentioned that she is having fever early in the morning as well in the evening , this is a typical feature of tuberculosis , so get in blood for C B C , E S R and x ray chest for confirmation.
3 Jaundice may be the another possible cause , so get in blood examination for serum bilirubin as well as S G OT , S G PT for confirmation.
However there are so many causes of fever as malaria ( resistant ) , dengue ( late stage ) , UTI so consult a physician and get his 2nd opinion.
Good luck.
