General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, some more tests widal, Q.B.C, T.C, D.C, urine analysis etc are to be done for diagnosis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms amoxycillin, clavulinic acid, ranitidine, and paracetamol, till the diagnosis is established.
Cold water sponging of the fore head and the limbs may keep the temperature under control.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
