Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Both Crocin and Meftal can be given for fever.
Crocin (paracetamol) is given in a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly depending on the severity of fever along with tepid sponging.
Meftal (mephenemicacid) is given in a dose of 10 mg/kg body weight.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
