Suggest Medicine For Cortical Calcification In Kidney

my ultrasound showed The right kidney measures 10.9x4.8x4.6 cm with a cortical Thickness of 1.4cm while the left kidney measures 11.4 x 5.0 x 6.1 cm with cortical thickness of 1.4 cm. Both kidneys are normal in size and corticomedullary echopattern. A 0.4 cm cortical calcification is now noted in the lower left kidney. There is no evidence of calyceal lithiasis or hydronephrosis. No focal masses noted. The perinephric areas are clear. What is cortical calcification? what is the medicine for this...?
