Suggest Medicine And Home Remedies For Cough And Running Nose

hi doc how r u my baby is 4 month old he is on double toned milk as well as on my feed. he has cough and running nose he is not able to take breath easily due to mucus in his nose. i m giving him hot apple juice at one time in a day .plz suggest me some medicine or home remedies which is best for him plz sir help me

Hi.I am fine. You can give him steam inhalation and paracetamol for fever. Also continue with adequate feeding and you can use nasoclear nasal drops to loosen the secretions.
