Suggest medications to hemoglobin and decrease the ESR

My ESR is 40 and my hemoglobin is 11.3
and i'm suffering from sever neck pain.
and i have also a red spot on my whole body except face. On those red spots there is no itching. What precautions should i take to increase my hemoglobin and decrease the ESR.

Hi.
You have to undergo a proper clinical examination to be done by a Doctor who can catch many of the problems on your proper history and physical examination and can then guide for further investigations and treatment.

Iron supplements with folic acid, pomegranate works well for improvement of hemoglobin.

The ESR will automatically come down once your medical problem is well diagnosed and treated .
