Suggest Medications For White Patches Around The Stomach Region

I have dark skin i got white patches sides of my upper body and stomach area. I got these patches when i was 12 years old now I am 30 years old. I am taking Microdox-DT(doxycycline monohydrate dispersible tablets 100mg) and applying Albiotin Acne Solution (cindamycin phosphate topical solution USP 30ML) WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THESE MEDICATION AND ARE THERE ANY MEDICATION TO REMOVE THESE WHITE PATCHES?

it appears to be leucoderma. medication foracnae. apply psoraline and expose to sunlight. it should be done under doctors supervision
