Moreover you should definitely start exercising every morning for 20-30 mins
And in evening for again 20-30 mins.
I would not suggest you to try any
weight loss powder or anything similar out there.
But you must take
protein supplements and fibres everyday as supplement.
Take lots of water along with these.
Weight loss is no big deal if you don't have any other disease .
You can surely achieve this target .
Stop alcohol if you are consuming.
