Suggest Medications For Swollen Bump On The Lips.

I have a large 1cm bump on mu upper lip on the outside. (border between dry and wet lip area). It is blood filled and when i press it the blood goes back into the lip, but it swollows up again after a cople of minutes. It is easy hurt, and bleeds often.

It will be excised undee local anaesthesia which can only be confirmed after proper examination.
