Suggest Medications For Sinus With Nose Bleeds & Chest Pain
My sinuses have been draining for last 3 to 4 days. I have a hx of sinus issues. This morning, my nose started to bleed. It has bleed once since the initial time. Also, I have been SOB since this morning with difficulty taking deep breath without pain in my chest. I just recently started coughing. With all these symptoms, I have not had a fever as of yet.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history of sinuses draining, nose bleeding have been SOB, pain in chest on breathing deep and now coughing.
I would suggest you the following: First of all instill decongestant nasal drops, do icing on the nose and wait for the bleeding to stop. Take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines and oral decongestant tablets, cough syrup to suppress the cough as cough can increase the bleeding. Get a consultation of your Doctor for clinical evaluation and investigations and a reference for an ENT examination to ascertain the cause and get a CT scan for knowing hte exact status of the sinuses for further planning of treatment.
