Hi,I have a rash on my inner thigh { crotch }, next to my testicles { on either side }. It looks like a heat rash , red in color. You would never see it except with a mirror. It can itch a little, so I am using cortizone cream during the day and before bed. I ts not getting any worse, but dosn t seem to be clearing up. It is not on my genital area.I am active athletically....walking, biking, weights almost every day, so I m thinking this may be some sort of jock itch. Is there anything over the counter that would clear this up, before going to a doctor. It dosen t seem serious, just aggravating at times .Thanks,Robbie
