Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Post acne hyperpigmentation is a common complication of acne and difficult to manage. Managing hyperpigmentation alone would not be sufficient unless and until we also manage acne activity, as new acne will continue to form and leave behind new pigmentation.

While Doxycycline tablets and speelac face wash can be continued. I would like to add azaleic acid based gel 105 OR 20% gel once daily at night. Azaleic acid is a topical retinoid and works for both acne as well as hyperpigmentation.

Nilac gel is topical clindamycin and can be continued for day time use only over active acne. It wont affect marks.
