Suggest Medications For Pain In Hips

hello, the night before last I couldn t sleep d/t nagging pain in my legs (mostly below the knees). Yesterday I worked 10 hrs (in a hospital, on my feet). At evening after work pain started to be much more prominent, and hips(back part) started to ache, too. When I went to bed, pain became excruciating, like something was twisting my bones... Took 4 Ibuprofens, and pain kind of went away... Today, it s not as severe, but it is still there

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Mam,
Any muscle in the body has its own limitations and straining them more than that limit will cause aches and pains. The pain you are complaining about purely appears to be muscular in origin as it increases once you strain. I suggest you start taking some rest or breaks in between your work . A course of muscle relaxants and analgesics with local cream and gel applications will help. Hope this has helped you.
