Suggest medications for mouth ulcer.

i had a mouth abscess which went away but a few weeks after that i noticed a pain developing in my mouth & a ulcer inext to my gum it was so painfull that i could not even eat a meal i was having jungle oats for lunch & supper i went to the dentist who in turn sent me to my GP. he put me on antibotics for about two weeks it is much better now i can open my mouth without pain & i am eating a meal but the pain has not cmpletely gone i can see a very little infection is still there i am rinsing my mouth with Andicil mouth wash & also using warm salt water is there anything else that i can do please help me.----- From Margaret

Hi,
It seems that you might be having apthous ulcer in your mouth taking long time to heal.
Take B.complex, folic acid and Lacto bacillus capsules for 1-2 weeks.
This will give you cure.
Take more green veggies, curd, buttermilk in diet.
Ok and take care.
