Suggest Medications For Knee Pain

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from knee pain (both legs) since last 2-3 months. Got knee X-ray , CBP,ESR and C reactive protein tests done. All are normal. My orthopedic doctor ruled out arthritis from the x-ray report. Taking pain killers and muscle relaxants did not help either. Right now I am prescribed dolo 650 thrice daily for 10 days , JointAce 1 tablet for 1 month and Vitamin D tablets. Still no relief. Please advice
