Suggest Medications For Food Poisioning
I was moping my floors and I had a dish in the sink. I was the dish with soap and severed my 2 year old grandson dinner. When he was done I took a piece of food off his tray and I could taste the soap. All last night he has had a high fever and today as well.

The reason of the fever your grand son hav doesn not seems the soap that you could tasted. The fever might be just coinsidental finding.
If the fever would have been because of the food poisoning your grand son must have experienced stomach upset or loose motions or vomiiting.
if any of the above symptoms present cahnces of the reason being soap can be justified .
If he dont have above said accompaning symptoms the another cause of fever must be sought. it is beeter to take him to paedicatrican.
