Suggest Medications For Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain

21 year old,
yesterday noon had a vomiting & diarrhea,
tired, need for sleep, past midnight felt better
today woke up with sternal, deep mid thoracic chest pain that fluctuates,
while drinking water pain subsides to immediately return when stop drinking
when attempted abdominal breathing pain shifted lower toward the stomach

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Retrosternal burning relieved immediately on drinking water and recurring immediately thereafter indicate that you have severe form of esophagitis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid every three ours.
Domperidone as anti-reflux measure.
Small frequent meals of soft bland diet.
Control of anxiety and/or stress is very important.
Get an upper GI Endoscopy to know the exact cause so that any additional medical or surgical cause can be found out and treated accordingly.
