I had open heart surgery Ln November 2013at same time I started on hemodialysis pre op for creatinine was7 but since ihad surgery my b p is not controlled despite of several antihypertensive meds iwas using nitroglycerin patch too but today I had pain inupper back left side with tightens in sternum iremove the patch you tell me what should I do how my b p will be controlled. thanks
